Transportation
We work with reputable local bus companies to offer you safe and convenient transportation from airport transfers to tournament buses and for sightseeing and club dinners.
Don’t rely on schedules around hotel and tournament buses. Book your own and run to your own schedule.
Tour Handbooks and Parent Orientation Evenings
We produce tour handbooks so that parents, players and coaches have all the necessary information in one place and to make sure all of the tour terms and conditions are set out clearly. For larger tours we will also host parent orientation / information evenings.
Food / Team Dinners
From arranging in tournament lunch boxes to tour team dinners, let us arrange everything to ensure the best possible experience. It’s the details around the tournament that help really make the overall experience and so don’t miss out on these additional opportunities to bring the group together is a social setting.
Tickets to local games or sightseeing
If the itinerary and schedules allow, we can arrange tickets to local games during the tour and / or for any sightseeing tours for parents and players.
Who are we?
About us
We have over 20 years experience in arranging youth sports tours across Asia and the rest of the world. Our Director has managed youth sports academies, school athletics programs and been on the board (as Chairman) of local soccer and basketball leagues.
He is also a qualified coach and referee mentor and so has a deep understanding of youth sports clubs and parents and player expectations. He has taken teams to compete in most of the local youth sports competitions and is heavily involved in HK youth sports and so understands the different levels and which opportunities would be best suited for individual teams and clubs.
BESPOKE TOURS
- As well as planning tours around established youth tournaments, we can offer bespoke packages for clubs and individual teams such as:
- Intensive high level training camps ;
- Soccer / cultural tours that include service elements or local culture and sightseeing ; and
- Lower key friendly games against well matched opposition with more social elements for players and parents.
